Dame Deirdre Hine DBE FFPH FRCP, Chair – retired Chief Medical Officer for Wales, previous President of the Royal Society of Medicine and of the British Medical Association; current President of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund.

Monty Graham MBE – retired nurse, patient representative for Powys Health Board, Chair of Brecon and Radnorshire CHC, and carer.
Meirion Hughes – retired Director of Social Services and former acting Chief Executive of Denbighshire County Council; previous Chair of Denbighshire LHB.
