Care Home Review follow-up work

In 2017, the Commissioner began a programme of follow-up work to assess the progress being made by public bodies to deliver upon the commitments they made to improve the quality of life and care of older people following the publication of the Commissioner's Care Home Review report, A Place to Call Home?, in 2014. 

The Commissioner focused on 15 of her Requirements for Action as part of this follow-up work, and requested detailed evidence from public bodies about the change and improvements they are delivering.
