Audit and Risk Assurance Committee Member
The Older People’s Commissioner for Wales is looking for an individual, with a drive to make a difference to the lives of older people in Wales, to join her Audit and Risk Assurance Committee.
The appointee will be expected to provide a fresh, external perspective to discussions, as well as independent constructive challenge. This input will support the Commissioner in her work to make Wales the best place in the world to grow older.
Successful applicants will have an in-depth understanding of corporate governance and public sector finance issues, be CCAB qualified, think strategically and have excellent communication skills.
Applications may be submitted in Welsh, an application submitted in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than an application submitted in English.
