The Wellbeing and Empowerment Team contribute to the development and delivery of the Commissioner’s work programme through delivery of high quality, timely and robust casework.
Accountable to the Safeguarding and Access to Justice Lead, the Senior Caseworker is responsible for the development and delivery of an outstanding casework service, which achieves positive outcomes for older people and their families in Wales.
The post holder will provide support and complex casework to older people and their families over the telephone, via email and in meetings, which ensures that the voices of older people and their families are heard and understood by decision makers in Wales (including in relation to adult protection cases).
