Unacceptable Actions Policy - This policy sets out our approach to the relatively few enquirers and complainants whose actions or behaviour towards Commission staff are considered unacceptable.
Whistle-blowing policy: public interest disclosures made to the Older People’s Commissioner for Wales - This policy sets out the Commissioner’s approach when she is contacted by an employee from another organisation who is worried about wrongdoing where they work and want to report it, or ‘blow the whistle’.
