We provide direct bilingual support to older people across Wales in a number of ways so please contact us if you need help:
- We can help to put you in touch with organisations best placed to resolve your issue.
- We can intervene directly if you have been experiencing difficulties with a public service provider that you cannot resolve locally.
- We can support you to make a formal complaint and monitor how your complaint is dealt with.
We also want to hear about any issues that are important to you as our work is driven by what matters to older people.
