How long will the Review process last?

The Commissioner will gather written evidence during autumn 2011 and will visit care homes to engage with older people from November 2011 until January 2012.

Following this, the evidence gathered will be subject to detailed analysis and recommendations will be published, as part of a report due to be published in Summer 2012, to address any concerns highlighted during the Review process.
